Role Description

The Strategic Projects Recruiter will deliver high-quality consultative solutions to both clients and candidates, ensuring the best staffing matches for our client's businesses through effective candidate attraction, screening, and matching processes. They will play a pivotal role in devising recruitment strategies, fostering relationships, and facilitating swift placements to meet the demands of high-volume CAPEX projects consistently.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Manage and support the end-to-end 180 recruitment cycle, including fusing recruitment strategies with regional business strategies to ensure optimal organisational efficiency, thus maximising GP generation.
  • Deliver a range of contract and direct hire recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
  • Demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and to clients.
  • Manage complex scenarios involving clients and candidates by addressing issues or delegating them to the correct internal department without management involvement but knowing when to consult with management where necessary.
  • Increase client portfolio to maximise revenue potential.
  • Lead by example by displaying a strong work ethic and understanding of many aspects of the business.
  • Analyse performance to improve and streamline processes to increase return on investment.
  • Collate reports to give up to date assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs) recruitment activity and pipeline to the Recruitment Manager
  • Are prepared and effectively equipped going into internal or client meetings and are ready to participate in conversations.
  • Align with KPIs to determine overall success and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the management across recruitment, sales and account management to drive the company’s sales strategy.
  • Acting as client point of contact for recruitment, at Airswift management request. In doing so, as the face of Airswift – working with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Ensure best practice use of the Candidate Management System.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in recruitment delivery.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Airswift’s global and regional accounts.
  • Ability to manage costs.
  • Ability to identify and secure sales opportunities across the suite of services.
  • Ability to energise and mentor in a cooperative team environment.
  • Extremely knowledgeable in your market.
  • Demonstrable problem solving and negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the customer(s) and the business.
